Angie has achieved a B.G.S and certificate in Criminology through the Brandon University and has also obtained numerous certificates over the years. The most challenging and rewarding was the Life Skills Coach Training with intense training from the University of Regina.

Angie’s late Brother, Henrey Skywater who was a well-known Knowledge Keeper of traditional techniques & ceremonies called her “The Helper”. She enjoys this role and does her best when asked or called upon to participate in ceremony or engagement sessions within the community. She has always loved horses & still loves to ride, just nowadays they mostly ride in her heart and mind.

When the opportunity arose & she was asked to be the Elder for the “Equine Horse Therapy” program, Angie didn’t hesitate to be a part of the team. Her last employment was in the capacity at White Bear Education Complex as a school Elder. She thoroughly enjoyed and loved working with the students. This Opportunity is a dream come true – to be around our Spiritual horses & young children, To assist them on their lifes journey. Imagine what blessings & teachings they will experience together.
